First Market in the United Church Meadow

No rain and no Sun but a friendly market with nice music. Thanks to Food Vendors who came and Thanks to the United Church which let us set up every Tuesday morning in their charming meadow.

The market in the Meadow starts on Tuesday 14th June.

Every food vendors needs to get a Food Permit from Health Inspector Chris Laughlin, Vancouver Island Health Authority in Victoria.

Happy Easter

What a great week-end ! Perfect weather (for canadian West coast...), Salt Spring full of people happy to be outside without rain or wind, just enjoying the first day of Spring and so many vendors on the market. Poor new ones who could not find a spot... try next time !

First Saturday Market of 2011 on Salt Spring Island

Starting a new Season, vendors bravely set up in the wind this last Saturday.

Like every year, I like to take photos of vendors and customers and share them on Slickpic, more than 2400 views already. I will continue to try to catch this particular atmosphere.
